Even if the washing instructions says machine wash/tumble dry. I knoew I should have handwashed and line dried this yellow stripe cotton lawn with clear sequins. I just knew it. But instead of following my instincts, I machine washed. Here are the results.

A mess of thread and sequins all knoted up. The fabric now have visible holes where the sequins were sewn.

Thanks for the lovely compliment on my skirt & top. I was so excited that I was finally able to use my serger.
Oh no, I'm sorry for that... It has happened to me too, and since that time I always machine wash a little swatch first... I hope this wasn't a garment made by you
